Registration Starts @ 5PM. Contest starts @ 6PM.
Contest Rules and Details
1. Each contestant will be given 2 minutes (1 minute to start and 1 minute to hit your loudest point.)2. Each contender will be given 2 chances to compete.3. Loudest pipes will be determined by measuring decibels.4. Highest decibel hit in 1 minute will be the winner.5. Ear protection is recommended for both contestants and spectators.6.
